Our Prosquito is very effective, but it takes a day or two to take full effect. After that, it lasts about a month until our next treatment. Large rains may cause a large mosquito hatch that may overwhelm the application for a day before control returns. You will never have zero mosquitos. But if you have 20 "slaps" per hour before our treatment, you should easily get down below 1 "slap" per hour.

Q: What's in the soil improvement app?

More like what isn't in it!? Three different cutting edge liquid and granular products are applied during the one visit. Those products contain nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, potassium hydroxide, humic acid, sea kelp, carbon ash, and more than half a dozen other micronutrients. Google any one of the preceding ingredients followed by "lawn" to read about how it helps your turf. Everything applied is 100% natural and organic.

Q: What if I want Core Aeration but have a steep hill or a gate that's narrower than 48"?

Due to the logistics and safety concerns of providing this service, we will not be able to do areas that our machine cannot go. We can do the areas we can safely get and adjust your price if the skipped area lowers you to the next pricing tier down. Also choosing the soil improvement / liquid aeration is an option; either 1) in addition to Core Aeration to get the best of both where possible and fill in the gaps with soil improvement or 2) in replacement of Core Aeration to save costs knowing Core Aeration cannot be completed on a majority of your lawn.

Q: How long until we can use our lawn?

It is ready for use immediately after our application. The fine mist we spray dries in minutes and referring to the above question, is extremely safe either way.

Q: Are the Products Safe?

VERY! Half of the mix we use is Cedar wood oil. This deters not only mosquitos but other insects from going near your property... and it smells heavenly! The other half is a synthetic version of the natural insecticide that's in the chrysanthemum plant. This is the same active ingredient used in flea and tick shampoo as well as what's impregnated into certain hiking gear.
