Services:

All jobs and packages will auto-renew each year, and can be cancelled at anytime by either party..

Payments:

ProLawns requires a card on file prior to service to create a hassle-free service. Your card will be charged at the end of our 30-day terms. You can pay how you choose prior to the 30 days.

  • Credit Card- 3% Fee added to each invoice for credit card processing fees
  • ACH- No Fee
  • You can send us a check for prepayment, otherwise, checks are not accepted for monthly payments.

If your invoice is not paid after our terms:

1-7 days past due: Friendly Reminder to make payment/update card on file.

7-60 days past due: Your services will be paused and we will not continue services until your account is caught up and a card is on file. You will be charged a 5% late-fee.

60+ days: Your account will be cancelled with us and your invoices will be sent to collections

Items in yard:

We ask all customers to please pick up all small items such as toys, hoses, pet waste, and other items in the yard before our technicians arrive each week. We are not responsible for damages to any items left in the yard.

Skipped Services & Locked Gates:

To ensure our technicians’ time is used effectively, a $29 trip charge may apply if we cannot access your property after confirming your appointment due to locked gates, pets, or other reasons beyond our control.

Please make sure all back yards are accessible for our application. There will be no discounts for incomplete services due to locked gates, etc. However, we will make our best attempt to arrive another time to complete your lawn, depending on our schedule and routes.

Property Damage:

While we take great care to avoid any damage, accidents can occasionally happen. If you notice any damage to your property after our service that wasn’t immediately apparent to our technicians, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send a senior lawn care specialist to assess the situation and document any damage. After our review, we’ll be in touch ASAP to discuss the appropriate next steps to resolve the issue
